Novatec Announces New Network Board

Novatec Corporation (Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Ichiro Saji) announces the launch of
their new Small-size Network Board product "NTNP435C" using Intel® IXP435
Network Processor. Product will be available for purchase from mid May.
"NTNP435C" is a successor of "NTNP425C" which Novatec released in April
2004 and succeeds its concept of being compact in size and expandable in
function through its user function interface. NTNP435C has been designed and
assembled in the quality level where manufacturers who are considering the
production of broadband network equipments can use this board in their actual
product as well as for a development board.
Main Features:
- 105 x 105mm, approx. 4 x4 in.) compact size.
- Maintain 100Mbps and high throughput processing.
- Expansion in function through User Function Interface.

- 10/100Mbps LAN x 2
- USB 2.0 Host Interface x 2
- Serial Interface x 1
- MiniPCI
TypeIII x 1
- Compact Flash Interface x 1
- Application is not limited to
broadband network equipments, but can be utilized in digital consumer home
servers and miniature wireless access points.
- Board comes with pre-installed
TimeSys Linux and software tools can be provided for development. Small-size
