Signs an Agreement for Technology and Product Line Partnership |

Novatec Corporation today announced their agreement in
technology and product line partnership with Flexcomm Technology (Shenzhen) Limited,
China for cross selling products developed by either company in their respective
markets.
Due to this agreement, Novatec will have the sole distribution rights of Intel®
IXP based hardware and software solutions developed by Flexcomm for the Japan market,
and Flexcomm will have the same rights to distribute solutions developed by Novatec for
the China market.
Novatec and Flexcomm believe that with this partnership in technology and
products, both companies can shorten the time to market for customers developing
products in the Networking, Multimedia, and Digital Home markets.
