Novatec Corporation today announces their capital participation in Dialog
Corporation. As Novatec and Dialog begin their new start as a group company, Novatec is
confident that an even thorough approach to software and hardware solutions will be
possible.
As a Intel's certified technical representative*1, Novatec has developed
evaluation boards and various solutions for Intel's products, as well as development
of hardware for network devices. Dialog specializes in development of VoIP (Voice over
IP) products, and is especially experienced in software development of VoIP
solutions.
Novatec and Dialog have had experience in working together on the same project,
and now as part of the same group, the two companies will be able to provide high
value-added solutions for both software and hardware.
